We do not take responsibility for the wrong address and incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for your item(s) net price minus the shipping charge if your tracking information states that your parcel was delivered and you have not received it. You must address with the postal service where you live.
Shipping carrier: We use USPS, UPS, and epocket to deliver the product.
